Turbo-Kachin Consortium Limited (TKC) is a registered private company limited by shares operating in the Republic of Zambia.
TKC was established as a Special Purpose Vehicle to construct the Kasumbalesa-Chingola Road Public Private Partnership Project.
The company specialises in infrastructure development, construction and engineering consultancy, with a commitment to quality, sustainability and innovation for public and private sector projects across Zambia and the Southern African region.

Kasumbalesa-Chingola Road PPP Project
TKC successfully implemented the Kasumbalesa-Chingola Road PPP Project after signing a Concession Agreement with the Government. The project enhances road safety, traffic flow and trade efficiency along this key transport corridor.
The rehabilitation and widening of 31.9 km of the Chingola-Kasumbalesa Road, together with construction of a weighbridge and toll plaza, was completed within 12 months to a high standard. TKC currently operates the road and toll plaza efficiently and transparently.
